By far the BEST filters for this brewer! I wish they made the same one for the 2 cup!

The Etkin 8-cup Sibarist filters are a game changer for large brews

I bought the Etkin 8-cup, 1,5 liter carafe and a pack of Sibarist filters because I wanted to brew large pour-over brews for guests. I was not ready to settle for an automated solution. This manual pour over setup is out of this world.
The sibarist filters improves the brew in my opinion. They give me the ability to highlight a lot of the notes, I enjoy in light roast coffees.
The 8-cup dripper gives me the ability to make a lot of coffe that I like and I want to serve my guests.

8 cup dripper + Sibarist Fast filters = game changer!

I’ve enjoyed using the 8 cup dripper for large family or friends gatherings to make a batch pour over, but the results I’m getting with now using the Sibarist Fast filters is on another level!

Absolutely game-changing for larger brew quantities. I suggest grinding slightly finer, but keeping your water temp as normal. I was able to do a continuous pour on 750mL, as well as 1L batches—anywhere from 2m-3:30 completion time.
